Paul Fellows
Diploma of Counselling, Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons), Master of Science in Medicine (Reproductive and Sexual Health) in Psychosexual Therapy
Hello, my name is Paul (he/him). I am a Psychologist and Sex and Relationship Therapist and I help LGBTIQA+ people, men, and people in relationships to understand and improve their mental health, relationship and sexual concerns.

The majority of my practice focuses on:
-
relationship dynamics and communication difficulties
-
sexual functioning, desire discrepancies, and sexual wellbeing
-
attachment patterns and intimacy issues within relationships and individuals
-
addressing the impact of trauma, shame, and anxiety on connection and sexuality
My clients often come to therapy feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure how to create change in their relationships or within themselves. After working together, they typically feel more self-aware, resilient, and able to approach life and relationships with greater clarity and confidence.
More about my work
A Compassionate and Collaborative Approach
I’m dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges and enhance their overall wellbeing. My practice is grounded in a client-centred approach, meaning your unique experiences, values, and goals are always at the heart of our work together. I aim to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to explore your concerns and create meaningful change. Whether you’re seeking support for psychological, relational, or sexual wellbeing, I offer tailored, evidence-based care that promotes growth, balance, and resilience.

Exploring Intimacy and Sexual Wellbeing
Sex therapy is a type of talk therapy that helps individuals and couples explore challenges related to intimacy, desire, and sexual health. Whether it’s navigating mismatched libidos, addressing performance anxiety, or rebuilding closeness after major life changes, I offer a supportive space to understand your needs and strengthen connection. My practice is also kink and fetish friendly, providing open, informed support to help you integrate and express all aspects of your sexual identity in ways that feel authentic and fulfilling.

An Affirming Space for LGBTQIA+ Communities
As a queer-identifying therapist, I have a special interest in supporting individuals and relationships within the LGBTQIA+ community. My practice provides a safe, affirming, and inclusive environment where you can explore your identity, relationships, and experiences without fear of judgment. I also have a deep respect for diverse relationship structures—including non-monogamous, open, and polyamorous dynamics—and work collaboratively to help clients navigate these with clarity, confidence, and care.
