Sally Smith
Master of Psychology (Clinical)
Hello, my name is Sally (she/her). I am a Psychologist and I support adolescents and adults to navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change in their lives.
The majority of my practice focuses on:
-
anxiety, mood disorders, and emotion regulation
-
life transitions and identity exploration
-
relationships and attachment difficulties
-
stress management and burnout prevention
-
self-esteem
-
trauma-informed therapy
-
neuroaffirming therapy (ADHD and Autism)
My approach is warm, non-judgmental and client-centered.

My practice is grounded in neuroaffirming and trauma-informed care, ensuring that my clients feel truly heard, understood and supported. I am particularly passionate about supporting women and LGBTQIA+ individuals to improve their mental health within a system that often presents barriers to equitable care.
I work collaboratively to help clients navigate challenges, work through past traumas, strengthen their sense of self, and develop strategies to improve their mental health. I strive to create a safe and validating space where clients can work toward meaningful and lasting change
