Sally Smith
Master of Psychology (Clinical)
Hello, my name is Sally (she/her). I am a Psychologist and I help women, neurodivergent people, and LGBTIQA+ to navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change in their lives.
The majority of my practice focuses on:
- anxiety and depression
- attachment relationships
- identity development
- stress and burnout
My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, but after working together, they typically feel supported, empowered, and confident.

About Me
My practice is grounded in neuro-affirming and trauma-informed care, ensuring that my clients feel truly heard, understood, and supported. I am particularly passionate about supporting women and LGBTIQA+ individuals to improve their mental health within a system that often presents barriers to equitable care.
I work collaboratively to help clients navigate challenges, work through past traumas, strengthen their sense of self, and develop strategies to improve their mental health. I strive to create a safe and validating space where clients can work toward meaningful and lasting change.
Services
My approach is warm, non-judgemental and client-centered. I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring evidence-based interventions to each unique individual. I am trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and neuro-affirming.
