Question 3

Do you rent rooms by the hour or half day?

We offer our rooms for full days only, so that you can take breaks and connect with the community.

Do you rent rooms on a fortnightly or casual basis?

Accepted Answer

We work on a weekly roster, and cannot accomodate fortnightly or casual rentals at this stage.

Question 5

What is the minimum and maximum number of days per week I can rent a room?

Rooms are available from one to seven days per week.

Question 6

How long do I have to commit to renting a room?

Accepted Answer

You're not locked in for any certain period of time. When you're ready to leave WellSpace, we ask you provide us 3-months' notice, to accommodate a stress-free transition on both sides.

What hours can I access my room?

Accepted Answer

You have access to your room all day long on your work days, so you are truly free to choose your own work hours.

Question 8

If I opt in for admin support, do I need to do that across all my WellSpace days?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do need you to commit to the admin service across all your WellSpace days, as we're working behind the scenes on your practice admin every day.

Question 9

How many client referrals will I receive?

Accepted Answer

When you work at WellSpace, you are running your own private practice, so you're ultimately responsible for sourcing your own clients. Whilst we will send any suitable clients your way, we can't put an exact number on this, as the number of clients you'll be referred depends on several factors (e.g., availability, niche, fees, etc.). We encourage you to utilise your 1:1 mentoring sessions to workshop marketing strategies.

What kinds of practitioners do you have working at WellSpace?

We welcome a wide range of Psychologists and other allied health professionals, including but not limited to:

 • Counsellors
 • Psychotherapists
 • Sexologists
 • Dietitians

Question 11

Is the space suitable for young people?

Our rooms have been set up for talk therapy with adult clients, and we are not suited for play therapy or sessions with young people. Clients under age 16 may be seen via telehealth.

Question 12

Can I bring my therapy dog to work?

Accepted Answer

While we love furry friends, we request they don't attend WellSpace so that we can maintain a tidy, quiet space. We are open to making exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Assistance animals are always welcome.

Where should I park if I drive to work?

Accepted Answer

While we don't have on site parking, we have plenty of nearby options.
