WellSpace is disrupting traditional private practice models - we empower psychologists to run their own businesses, to feel more satisfied in their work, and reduce the risk of burnout.

Our Story
WellSpace began in 2022 as my own solo private practice. I wanted greater autonomy than traditional private practice models could offer, but I knew nothing about how to run a a business. I started by offering telehealth appointments working from home to just see what it would be like to branch out on my own.

Before long, my diary was full, and I was ready to look at renting a room. I wanted a space that both my clients and I would genuinely enjoy spending time in, and I craved the professional camaraderie I previously experienced with my colleagues at university. When I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, I figured I must be the one to create it.
As it turns out, I wasn't the only one who wanted a psychology co-work community. We now have multiple locations, a thriving community of courageous practitioners, and a wonderful support team. It's something I always dreamed of but never thought would be possible. And it's my true privilege to empower other psychologists to take the leap into solo private practice.
