Dr Julian Madsen
PhD (Clinical Psychology)
Hello, my name is Julian (he/him). I am a Psychologist and I help adults to enhance wellbeing, strengthen relationships, and live with greater meaning and purpose. I offer an authentic, person-centred, and trauma-informed space where people from all backgrounds can reflect, grow, and create meaningful change. I recognise that choosing the right psychologist is a deeply personal step, and my aim is to create a space where you feel understood and at ease from the beginning.
The majority of my practice focuses on:
anxiety and depression
sleep issues
psychosis
stress and resilience
My clients often come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others. Through our work together, they usually find greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence — developing the tools and insight to navigate life’s challenges with a stronger sense of balance and direction.
