Mili Vukalo
Bachelor of Psychology & Criminology, Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), Master of Clinical Psychology
Hello, my name is Mili (she/her). I am a Clinical Psychologist and I help adults to safely explore difficult or unspoken aspects of their lives, understand themselves more deeply, and reconnect with their values.
The majority of my practice focuses on:
anxiety and depression
trauma
obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
academic stress
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. They may be seeking relief from distress, a better understanding of themselves, or a way to move forward when things feel uncertain. Over time, clients often develop a stronger, more compassionate sense-of-self, improved emotional regulation, and greater confidence in navigating relationships and life decisions.

About my work
I hold a deep respect for each person’s lived experience and the unique ways they have adapted to life’s challenges. I have worked across a range of settings, including secondary and tertiary education institutions, private practice, and geriatric services, supporting people with diverse experiences and concerns.
I bring a calm presence to therapy, with a strong focus on creating a space where clients feel safe and genuinely understood. I take a personalised, collaborative approach - helping you understand what’s driving your difficulties more deeply and supporting you to make changes that feel practical, lasting, and aligned with your goals.
I am trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and neuro-affirming.
