Mili Vukalo
Bachelor of Psychology & Criminology, Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), Master of Clinical Psychology
Hello, my name is Mili (she/her). I am a Clinical Psychologist and I help young and older adults to safely explore difficult or unspoken aspects of their lives, understand themselves more deeply, and reconnect with their values.
The majority of my practice focuses on:
anxiety and depression
trauma
interpersonal challenges
academic stress
My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck, wanting to shift familiar patterns or move past what’s holding them back. Over time, our work supports them to gain a greater sense of understanding and direction, and to feel more hopeful and confident about navigating the future.

About Me
I highly value compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I have worked with young and older adults across a range of settings, including tertiary education institutions, private practice, and geriatric services, supporting people with diverse experiences and concerns.
I bring a calm, steady, and supportive presence to therapy, with a strong focus on creating a space where clients feel safe and genuinely understood. I am particularly drawn to working at depth and collaboratively, supporting clients to explore their experiences without judgement or pressure, in order to create meaningful and lasting change.
I am trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and neuro-affirming.
