Hello, my name is Monica (she/her). I am a Psychologist and I work with people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or facing life changes, helping them build on the strengths they already have and develop new ones to find a way forward that feels right to them.
The majority of my practice focuses on:
life transitions
neurodiversity (ADHD, autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities)
anxiety
depression
My clients often come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, but after working together, they typically feel clearer, more confident, and better able to navigate life’s changes.
