Kristi Mazalin
Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Graduate Diploma Psychology (Advanced), Master of Professional Psychology, Master of Clinical Psychology
Hello, my name is Kristi (she/her). I am a Psychologist who supports adults to build self-acceptance, embrace their unique strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful change.

The majority of my practice focuses on:
-
Autism Spectrum Condition
-
relationship difficulties
-
identity development
-
eating disorders
My neurodiverse clients often come to therapy dealing with internalised ableism, and secondary anxiety and depression, which often arise from feeling misunderstood and from the challenges of navigating a neurotypical world. After working together, clients typically experience greater self-acceptance, confidence, and authenticity, as they reframe their experiences through a neuro-affirming lens and embrace their unique individuality.
