Hello, my name is Lucinda (she/her). I am a Clinical Psychologist and I help people achieve their personal goals, find meaning and purpose, and increase wellbeing.

My clients often come to therapy feeling stuck or overwhelmed, but through our work together, they typically experience a greater sense of calm and confidence. They become more present, better able to manage their emotions and reactions, and empowered to navigate life's challenges.

I understand that trusting your therapist, and feeling like your therapist is 100% there for you, is the foundation of therapy. I also understand that you are an individual, and that good therapy includes tailoring treatment to your particular needs. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal values, in order to move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
