Benji Dorevitch
Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Masters of Clinical Psychology
Hello, my name is Benji (he/him). I am a Clinical Psychologist, and I help young people and adults to improve their mental health and relationships whilst drawing on their strengths.

The majority of my practice focuses on:
-
anxiety
-
depression
-
OCD
-
eating concerns
-
trauma
-
grief and loss
-
relationship difficulties
-
navigating life transitions
-
exploring identity
My clients often come to therapy feeling stuck or overwhelmed, but after working together, they typically feel more self-aware and empowered to navigate the challenges in their lives.

More About My Work
I am a clinical psychologist and supervisor with over six years of experience across public and private settings, with a particular focus on working with adolescents and young adults. I support individuals navigating a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating concerns, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
I approach therapy with compassion and flexibility, drawing on evidence-based therapies (such as CBT, ACT, DBT and CAT), whilst tailoring each approach to the individual’s needs. At the core of my practice is fostering a genuine human connection built on safety, mutual respect, and understanding.
I am particularly interested in exploring my clients’ interpersonal patterns, understanding how early life experiences shape the way we relate to others and ourselves. I value curiosity and collaboration, working alongside clients to increase self-awareness, develop new skills, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. It is a true privilege to work in this role, and I strive to honour the trust my clients place in me.
