Bec Grocott
Bachelor of Science (Psychology), Graduate Diploma of Professional Psychology, Masters of Professional Psychology
Hello, my name is Bec (she/her). I am a Psychologist and I help people develop a deeper understanding of themselves, to enable long lasting changes.

The majority of my practice focuses on:
-
trauma and unmet childhood needs
-
relationship and family difficulties
-
ADHD (including assessment)
-
Autism
My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed and confused, but after working together they typically feel grounded, understood, and have increased self-compassion.
More about my work
At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy should be a collaborative and transparent process—one that encourages personal growth, emotional insight, and lasting change. Drawing on a strong foundation in interpersonal and evidence-
based approaches, I support individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, interpersonal conflict, and relationship concerns.
