Hello, my name is Claudia (she/her). I am a Clinical Psychologist and I help women and young people (aged 16–30) to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. I provide a safe and supportive space to explore challenges, build self-awareness, and work towards improved mental health and wellbeing.

The majority of my practice focuses on:
-
mood disorders (e.g., anxiety and depression)

My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. After working together, they typically feel lighter, more grounded, and understood.
More about my work
I place strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I connect well with young people and aim to create a space where they can explore their experiences without fear of judgment.
I have a particular interest in anxiety and early life trauma, and I support clients in gently uncovering how early experiences may shape the way they think, feel, and relate to others.
