Louise Moncur
Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Diploma of Professional Psychology, Masters of Professional Psychology, Masters of Psychology (Clinical)
Hello, my name is Louise (she/her). I am a Clinical Psychologist and I empower young people and adults with the insight and skills to overcome the psychological barriers preventing them from living the fulfilling lives they deserve.

The majority of my practice focuses on:
-
self-esteem and confidence
-
perfectionism

My clients often come to therapy feeling exhausted, but after working together, they typically feel calmer, more self-compassionate and confident.
More about my work
Within the context of a safe, gently challenging and encouraging therapeutic relationship, I work flexibly facilitating exploratory, insightful discussion, therapeutic skill-building, or a combination of both as determined by your needs and preferences.

Choosing to work alongside me means choosing to work alongside someone who is committed to understanding you and your needs to provide meaningfully tailored, high quality mental health support.

It also means choosing to work alongside someone who lives and breathes what they teach through being committed to their own self-evolution, who is eager to share the pearls of wisdom they have acquired along the way, and who can more deeply empathise with you and your experience.

Ultimately, choosing to work alongside me means choosing to work alongside a fellow human who understands the value of a nurturing connection, and who is excited to help you deepen your self-understanding, realise your potential, and grow and evolve in the ways you desire.
