For those who love to nerd out on therapy
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from the following evidence-based modalities:
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-
Schema Therapy
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
-
-
Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

My work is informed by interpersonal neurobiology (which combines attachment theory, polyvagal theory and mindfulness principles). I work with an existential lens and I am trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and neuro-affirming.
