About

Attachment theory helps us understand how we relate to ourselves and others, making it a super important theory for therapy. In this online course, you'll learn about the science behind this theory, reflect on your own attachment and develop the skills to regulate through triggers and communicate your needs more clearly. This course is primarily focused on attachment as it relates to adult romantic relationships and is divided into six modules: Module 1: Introduction Module 2: Infant Attachment Module 3: Adult Attachment Module 4: Ways of Coping Module 5: Regulation Module 6: Communication Buckle up - this course asks you to get real about your patterns of relating to yourself and others. You'll unlearn old maladaptive patterns and understand new ways of relating. Secure attachment is going to look good on you.
