Dr Anika Quayle
Master of Clinical Psychology
Hello, my name is Anika (she/her). I am a psychologist and I help young adults and adults to address the impacts of past experiences and relationships, build self-worth, and find their most valued and meaningful ways of living their life moving forward.
The majority of my practice focuses on:
attachment and interpersonal issues
eating and body image
complex trauma
parenting and perinatal work
My clients often come to therapy feeling, in spite of their qualities and accomplishments, fundamentally not good enough in some way. They may fear others not valuing them or not being there for them, and thus struggle with being themselves or getting others to meet their needs in relationships. Through our work together, we'll build a more positive, fulfilling relationship with self and others.

About my work
I like to build a genuine, warm relationship with my clients, where they know that I'm really there for and invested in them. My work is trauma-informed.
