Dilay Tuncel
Bachelor of Psychological Science, Bachelor of Criminology, Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced
Hello, my name is Dilay (she/her). I am a psychologist and I help neurodivergent adults to navigate their journeys of self-discovery.
The majority of my practice focuses on:
neurodivergence
anxiety
self-esteem
adjustment
My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed and self-critical, but after working together, they typically feel more self-compassion and confidence to face life's challenges.

About my work
I value authenticity, compassion, and creating a therapy space where people feel genuinely accepted. My approach focuses on helping clients aged 16 and older better understand themselves, reconnect with their values, and build a life that feels more sustainable, meaningful, and true to who they are. I have a particular interest in working with middle-aged adults, neurodivergent clients, and people navigating burnout, cultural identity, self-worth difficulties, emotional overwhelm, generational trauma, and major life transitions. As someone with lived experience of neurodivergence, I aim to provide a neuro-affirming, down-to-earth space for those exploring Autism and ADHD. I am LGBTQIAP+ inclusive, sex-positive, and kink-positive, and strive to create a space where anyone can speak openly and safely.
